Colt45 Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 » Would you take this bet? Yes. Over the past few years, superbowls have been pretty tight battles.
Chicago Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 » I have been offered 4-1 on Chicago to win with a 9 points start. » » $200 down minimum bet. » » Would you take this bet? If you are saying you will take Chicago and the colts must beat them by 9 points and you get 800 if you win, yes. Warning: I am from Chicago! Coltburgers, anyone?
phxkev Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 Here is the US and on many of the offshore books, the most common odds for a standard wager is you have to bet $110 to win $100 and you have to give Chicago 6 1/2 points.
cls515 Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 » I have been offered 4-1 on Chicago to win with a 9 points start. » » $200 down minimum bet. » » Would you take this bet? Nope. 9 points is a good spread and the Bears have a great defense, but I'm pulling for the Colts.

CigarZen Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 » I have been offered 4-1 on Chicago to win with a 9 points start. » » $200 down minimum bet. » » Would you take this bet? My 7 year old son picks the Bears. Now ya say so the what? And I would too, ordinarily. But he has picked every winner thru the championship games, to my suprise. On the otherhand it very well might be like the monkeys throwing darts at the WSJ stock page, and beating the informed fund managers. :-D
mailman Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 here is what i played: chi +7 chicago to win out right 2-1 odds tail on the coin toss (50-50 best odds in the house :-D ) grossman to win the mvp 5-1 and the best bet of the evening, my over eating, drinking too much and having a couple psp#2's good luck kids.

Mike33 Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 » Best Super Bowl in years. Which game were you watching ?? That was one of the sloppiest and most boring superbowls ever. If turnovers and 5 yard passes are your cup-of-tea, then this was your game.
