Boxes of 2006 are just now showing up with Bands on the Juan Lopez Professor. This is a very recent occurrence, and does not mean the unbanded JL are any older than those with bands.

Well I'm glad that I got a band on mine. I have all 12 of mine lined up in a row by size in my humidor, they sure look pretty. I plan to go on a tasting binge with them next month!
