Bunker1028 Posted December 5, 2006 Posted December 5, 2006 Ugly looking stick. Glad it had a great personality. Reminds me of some Dip 2s from years ago.
acecchetto Posted January 16, 2007 Posted January 16, 2007 » those damn kids! whether it's nikes in thailand or cigars in cuba, you just » can't trust 'em anymore! » » That cigar is unbelievable! Good sweat shop child labour is hard to find these days! That is by far the worst roll that I have seen in my limited experience!;-)
log1k Posted January 17, 2007 Posted January 17, 2007 How are cigars like that even allowed to be boxed ? Jesus

El Presidente Posted November 15, 2008 Author Posted November 15, 2008 I have never seen a fake cigar as badly rolled as this one. When I opened the box, I thought that primary school students were on a careers program for the day and were let loose on the factory rolling tables. What a disgrace. After all the great cigars I have seen rolled in 2006 and the commensurate increase I have witnessed in the standard of construction....to see this piece of crap was a wake up call. The cap resembled a condom, glue on the wrapper adjacent the band and the rest of the wrapper made Frankenstein look like George Clooney. I have sent photo's to Habanos s.a in the hope that they nail the factory and implement a series of checks within the warehouse for this factory over the coming months. Someone's arse needs to be kicked. I smoked the cigar and it smoked like a classic powerhouse 06 Montecristo No 2. The draw was fine and the flavours robust. It is just a shame that it looked like a stool specimen. Hall of shame. Montecristo No 2 OEB May 06
