Important Question-Need an answer

I just received a box of La Gloria Cubana - Medaille D`or No.1. The box arrived inside of a cardboard box that had the Republica De Cuba sticker on it. When I opened that box to get to the actual box of cigars I couldn't find a box code or date. Anyone know anything about this? Where is the box code found on these? Thoughts????

The box code should be on the cardboard box not the wooden box inside.

The box code should be on the bottom of the cardboard, not on the actual box inside. I believe this is true of all boxes that have a cardboard covering. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Some date codes are simply left off but it should be on the bottom of the cardboard box. Likely dates are 1998 or 2001.

I figured it out. It was on the cardboard box that it came in. May OSU02. That's pretty cool that I received a box already aged 4 years. They won't be touched for a while. Goodnight fellas.
