As far as I know, when these were released, they were made avilable to the UK market to test it's potential for success. I ws under the impression that there would come a day when they would be available worldwide, or at least in other markets. Has Habanos mentioned anything about future plans for this vitola? Anyone have any speculation?

I believe they were in the UK for a 3 year exclusive. Then to be released based on success. They first appeared, if I am not mistaken, in late 03 or early 04. That would make 07 (as Mark said) the year for wider release.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

I was fortunate to receive some of the initial release into the UK market which had box codes of Dec 04. Now that took some time to fill the pipe line and get them on to the retailers shelves, so sometime in 07 should be a fairly accurate time table for the general availability on the world wide market. Lets hope so anyway!

Tampa is correct in that they are eligible for worldwide release in 2008. No decision has yet been made but I will follow up at my meetings in October.
