The open Tubed Romeo y Julieta Churchill with the saying "Life is not a dress rehearsal" sure does look to have several splotch's of Mold Growing on it! The fury fungus type splotches can not ever be considered Bloom or Plume. Just thought you might want to consider another photo as a graphic. That is not the way I would ever want to receive a cigar from my favorite vendor.
