People who live their know that what is go9ing to happen with hurricanes. And getting goverment money to rebuild everything that was already forcasted would happen, is rediculous. If you live below sea level, be prepared to get washed out. It should be said that you take your own chances liveing their. Sorry if this offends some of you.

Please do not use my tax dollars to rebuild so it can wash out again. Years ago when the Missouri river flooded every body acted shoocked that the Missuori Flood Plain flooded. Hell ain't that why they call it a flood plain?:-( No ancient civilization would have ever biult like that between the ocean and a gigantic lake lower than either. So are we smarter now?

Living in Australia I am a little far away from this to comment with any certainty, but from what I have seen on the news, is there that much rebuilding going on, I saw a doco the other week showing not much progress? Is that the case. Ross...
