AIDS Walk in NYC - A Little Help

Some of you may know that I run a coffee roasting company in the US. My company, Unclebeanz is sponsoring the AIDS walk in Manhattan this Sunday, May 21, 2006. You may be aware that this issue is very important to us at Unclebeanz. The impact that AIDS has had on our family and friends has caused us to do all we can to help. Our walking team is now 40 folks and climbing. I am very proud of our efforts. We are larger than the team sponsored by Johnson and Johnson and have raised more money too (ok, they just formed a team last week).

That's really good of you to do something like this. I'd love to help out but I don't have a credit card, so I looked at the donation for, but that requires a cheque account, which I don't have either :-(

Yesterday in one of my biology lectures we looked at some HIV infection patterns from a study in Brazil. It just took my breath away, it spreads like a raging bush fire through dry grass.
