Hey prez! How about adding beer (ale's and lager's) as well as Rum's to the "World of Wine" page.

I like wine as much as the next guy but a nice Havan Club 12 Anos over the rocks with a nice Cohiba Sublime is my idea of heaven on earth especially after a stressful week on the job.;-)

I also enjoy a nice Fosters & Guiness Black & Tan with a full bodied cigar from time to time as well.:-)

I'd also like to hear from other members and see what they like.

I like the idea of it turning into a beverage page. I believe it is a wine page due to the fact that Ken is an expert in this area. That said, El Prez should probably start a How to hook up with a woman page also. Lord knows Ken is a true expert in this field.

Believe it or not I LOVE Foster's but all by itself. What I meant to say "Bass & Guiness"

By the way what's a really good Aussie ale? I really enjoy Aussie wine so why wouldn't I enjoy a greatAussie ale.:-)

I am a big fan of beer and Habanos, I even brew my own. A nice blonde/pale ale with a QdO or a barley wine and Bolivar, its all good to me. :-P

Coopers Sparkling Ale

Coopers Pale Ale

There are many more but I reckon they'd be impossible to get on your side of the Pacific.

Little Creatures Pale Ale, Alpha Pale Ale, Mountain Goat Ale and if you want a great one from the good old united states of America, then get your hands on the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. We only get it in small quantities over here. Once you have one you can't stop. :-D

In the Immortal words of Homer Simpson...

Mmm Beer.

I'm all for it. I'll try any and every micro brew. The liquor store in my neck of the woods offers atleast 200 different beers, some micro brews, some mass production.

Excellent. A fellow home brewer. Adding beer to the booze forum is a great idea.

I drink beer like 10 times as much as wine but I can talk about wine more esotericaly. You sip wine and swish it around and enjoy its nuances - like a habano. I DRINK beer. Good beer. And then I get rowdy or fall asleep!

I think you are seriously selling beer short.
