Popular Post dan05 Posted 13 hours ago Popular Post Posted 13 hours ago I just started a new job last week. It’s a job I’m trained well for and I excel at. At this new place there is another manager who is new to his position and is in the learning phase, not that we ever get out of it. I could see he is a good person with great potential so I decided to help and mentor him. He took very well to it and we were able to see big headway and a short time as far as production numbers etc. Last night when we finished the week off, I asked him to come to the smoking area where I produced a couple of RyJ2s. I introduced him to the world of cigars. He took to it like a duck to water. I had him tasting the tobacco notes and it was a good hour of relaxation and reward. I explained to him that for his hard work he needs to treat himself. A cigar is the perfect reward. I dare say he will be buying a few sticks soon. It was rewarding to help him and also to share a victory. 6
Zonum Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Great way to reward him! I also do this I have a few sticks to smoke once I hit a monthly income. Great way to motivate. 2
dan05 Posted 11 hours ago Author Posted 11 hours ago I thought it would be a nice treat. I don’t think anyone at any place he will work at will do anything like it. So I’m sure he will remember the experience. He is a good kid and just needs a good mentor. 1
