Popular Post brownieking Posted Monday at 06:02 PM Popular Post Posted Monday at 06:02 PM Just wanted to share my excitement about my new Raching humidor! I replaced an Afidano B2 that I only had for about a year with the Raching MON5800A. I took everyone's advice and went as big as possible. I ordered directly from the factory through WhatsApp because I wanted all shelves, no drawers. I prefer to keep my singles in boxes so I didn't want the standard drawers. And I wanted all of the shelves on guide rails so I can pull them out and have both hands free. I'm very happy with everything. The total cost all in was about $3,800 plus $100 more for the Alibaba fee which they use for payment. It was 2 months door to door and I hired a guy on Task Rabbit to help me uncrate it and bring it inside. The Raching rep was great and quickly responded to all my questions. Even though he said it wasn't necessary, I ordered a spare water pump for $30 because I had read about some possible issues with it over time. It was so inexpensive, I figured why not. The rep also included a small Spanish cedar box to use for singles. It's a great little box and I bought 2 more from a BOTL who I found through Reddit (he didn't have a need for them). I'd suggest trying to order more of them from the factory if you have a lot of singles and don't go for the drawers. Their customer service has been fantastic. I had an issue with a few of the guide rails and they sent me new ones no charge. They respond to emails quickly. They even sent me an extra cedar box to apologize for the issue, so now I have 4 of them. As others have reported, the temperature and humidity stay spot on. After a couple of weeks I recalibrated the display by a coupe of percent to match my Govee hygrometers. Overall, the thing is a beast and looks great. I'm VERY happy with the purchase! 4 1
