Billions of websites are included in the training datasets for a general purpose LLM like OpenAI. They don’t ask your permission. They might honor an opt-out decision, but then again, they might not…laws (and enforceability) are a little murky there. It would not surprise me at all that FOH was part of an LLM. And why wouldn’t it be? Name a better collection of diverse and knowledgeable opinions on the subject.

The sheer scale of these training datasets is hard to get your head around. Kind of like pondering the size of the universe.

Yes, as is any other hobbyist website, academic and medical journals, news websites and news aggregators, e-commerce sites…you name it. They’ve been part of training models for several years now.

I can already see that when the time comes, you are the first one they take out. ;)

The creepy part, I asked it one day about vacuum sealing, and it was responding back the quotes I did on my video. I realized I was talking with myself. I am AI. God help us all.

Don't need him any more. Or useful unique training data! ⚖️ They'll plug you into the matrix more like.

But I've noticed the engines go run a web search ahead of answering. I wonder if they are trying to find updates or why they'd need to if they've assimilated everything already?
