Popular Post El Presidente Posted June 16 Popular Post Posted June 16 The Lizards pair Bond Roberts Dalia Linea B No. 3 with Macallan 15 Years Old Double Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky. The guys investigate a shocking breach of lizard protocol, Senator details a recent visit to Alaska, and Poobah calls in on special assignment from Florida. 5 2
TomsRibs210 Posted June 16 Posted June 16 I woke up early to listen to this episode and it was the funniest and best produced episode they’ve ever done. Kudos to @LizardGizmo and the boys for pulling off this hilarious coup. Excellent review of the cigar as well. I decided to order some as soon as I heard the podcast. 1
SonicStag Posted June 16 Posted June 16 Excellent episode as ever! This may well be the best episode ever, so hilarious & great to have Poobah back, even if it was only brief. Here’s an idea, could he not take part virtually like in this episode more regularly? Seems like you’ve got the technical ability to do it. Bam…Have you no loyalty?!?! This is your worse crime yet! This surpasses the Fundies, although that showed that you have no loyalty so the rest of the group shouldn’t be surprised by your latest behaviour. Keep up the great work guys as it’s the highlight of my week, feeling like I’m with some pals. 2 1
Fireball Posted June 17 Posted June 17 So Gizmo and the guys have been smoking Dalias for a while. Any comments on how they are after storing them 6 months?, a year? 2 years? I got some a few weeks ago and I KNOW how well my other BR cigars aged…it sounds like I need a cab for storage and 10 packs to smoke.
LizardGizmo Posted June 17 Posted June 17 This is easily my favorite episode we’ve ever done. One of those that makes me feel very lucky to have this thing with all of you! 9 hours ago, SonicStag said: This may well be the best episode ever, so hilarious & great to have Poobah back, even if it was only brief. Unfortunately given the logistics, he is unable to regularly smoke with us remotely. I am going to try to find ways to continue these remote segments though as it was a lot of fun…with Poobah and others. 3 hours ago, Fireball said: So Gizmo and the guys have been smoking Dalia’s for a while. I am lucky to be a part of the tasting panel, so as Fabrica5 cigars go through prototyping and production - including BR - we are able to try them. Since May of last year, I’ve had 6 Dalias total. The other guys haven’t had any since last May. The cigar we smoked for review on this episode was purchased day 1 of the public on-sale and came from a 50cab. If past performance is any indication, these will continue to improve as the months and years go by. The 109 and Petit 109 have only gotten better with time. Buy as many 50cabs as you can! 4

You could always do pre-recorded segments of him pondering or ranting about a topic, like a "Poobah Interrogates". 1
El Niño Posted June 17 Posted June 17 Giz's "This is definitely counter intelligence" zinger deserved more credit. You had me dying in my car, hahaha! 1
ha_banos Posted June 17 Posted June 17 Cannot believe it! Cannot believe Bam didn't even bring back a bottle of Soju for you all!..Maybe next visit then, eh!? 1
Popular Post GP012 Posted June 17 Popular Post Posted June 17 It's too bad Grinder, defense attorney at law, wasn't available. He would have shut it all down just by exhibiting Bam's "Support for the North Korean People" general license from OFAC. Case closed! 2 6

After Grinder retired from Bam's law team awhile back (I forget which ep.), he's been in search of new counsel. I think you might be the perfect fit! Problem though is that Bam having legal help makes it way less fun! Maybe this is why the guys call me "Fidel Podstro" and "Podbrenner"... 1 4

He'd need to sell a few mastercases worth of Fundies on BR in order to cover my fees. 🤑 1
