jaiden Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Can anyone recommend a few reliable cigar websites that allow me to declare cargo information and value according to my requirements? 🫡The high tariffs are really giving me a headache.ðŸ˜

Popular Post El Presidente Posted March 14 Popular Post Posted March 14 Assuming USA, the problem there is the government, not your retailer. The retailer (commercial/not an individual seller) is locked into shipping contracts and an agreement with Zonos the authorised US cross border trade tariff collection czar. Declarations (particularly on value) need to be fairly accurate. Consequences of fraud (that's what Zonos calls a value misdeclaration) may see your retailer banned from shipping to the US altogether. It is hardly worth it for the retailer. I am referring to commercial scale operators. Those with shipping contracts. Assuming shipping outside USA, retailers can be a little more flexible DEPENDING on the country being shipped to. There is no "one rule fits all". In terms of Tariffs, should a parcel be deemed undervalued they will ask for invoicing etc. You will wish the retailer to provide a fake invoice. It normally isn't worth the hassle for the retailer. BR Auctions is person to person shipping. Much easier.  1 5
