Last month, a bill was introduced in the Oregon legislature that could have banned internet sales of cigars and pipe tobacco to consumers in the state.

However, upon the bill’s introduction, the bill’s primary sponsor included an amendment that would strip the proposed legislation of the language surrounding cigars.
