I'll probably get roasted for this. But I bought a Velienta70L upgraded electric humidor from Amazon. Came packaged very nicely. Perfect condition. Nice overall. Poured distilled water into the tray, turned it on, set to 70/70, waited six hours, turned it down to 62/62. I put a temp and humidity sensor on the top, bottom, and middle. Loaded the cigars. It's been incredibly stable. Happy for $345. Time will tell if it will last and is durable.

Hey if it works well...great! My only suggestion at this point would be to check your cigars frequently "by feel" to make sure they are not drying up. These things usually come with very dry wooden shelves. In 6 hours the air temp & rh will stabilize, but the wood itself takes a couple weeks to hydrate and can literally suck the moisture out of your cigar boxes via physical contact. I learned this the hard way couple years ago when my Newair 1500 had not been seasoned (only for 4 hours), otherwise enjoy the unit looks nice.

I recently purchased a used humidor for 60$ a needone 23L. I am seasoning it with a 320g Bóveda 72% and set my temp at 68f I’m planning to season the humidor for a good week before putting in cigars. So far it’s been one day humidity started at 44% and a day later at 56%. I’ll keep you updated.

What type of hygrometer are you using to be linked up on an app?

Any of the Govee hygrometers are very solid and reliable. I have a couple of the inexpensive bluetooth versions but may upgrade to wifi versions.

Looks good. I use that same humidor. I have had it for about a year and do far so good. I use Boveda packs and put a few on each shelf.
