I smoke a few of these from this box every year and enjoy having them with my wife who loves them. Love seeing how they evolve over the years. After 6 years they’re hitting their straps right now.

Started off with an intense burst of earthy, burnt buttery creaminess, that quickly transformed into a walnut smoothness, but with none of the bitterness of walnuts. After several puffs, (first third) the nuttiness mellowed right down. Caramello (milk chocolate with a caramel centre) was starting to come through. Second third was pure caramel candy, very intense sweetness (almost like Manuka honey!) Last third, the sweetness dissipated, but it was my fault - We smoked it too fast, sharing it with my wife, as she didn’t want her own stick. A bit hot and peppery towards the end.

But hey, it was a joy while the sweetness was on...
