Questionable EL singles. Guidance appreciated

Hey guys, picked these 2 up from a source I generally consider reliable. Immediately the EL band stood out to me for the obviously messed up printing, color seems too bright and smooth (lacking the background texture closer to the gold of the Partagas band), and the black lines just being off/too thin/messy. I don't currently have any other EL bands to compare to. I've been through a good amount of these in the past and have seen darker/mottled examples before but don't think to this degree. Size is right, and they smell mostly right (perhaps a touch of chocolate smell, which I don't think I've gotten from these in the past). I can't find anything wrong with the Partagas band itself. Has anyone ever gotten EL bands on anything legit that looked this bad? Does anyone see anything else wrong with these? Could use some experience here if I'm definitively chasing my money back.
