Suggestion: Notifications for US Underground Forum Replies, etc

I know you all have nothing on your plates (ha!), but wondering if you could implement a feature in which those of us with US Underground (USUG) access can get the same kinds of notifications for USUG posts or replies or mentions that we get for main forum posts, etc.
