Unfortunately they probably won't. When Eurotab took Padron from Soditab (again) last year, nothing happened, neither a decrease in pricing nor an increase in availability.🥲

For what it's worth, what I find interesting here is the fact that Soditab used to be Padron, Fuente, Machetero and everything Meerapfel's distributor less than one year ago and now they're left with nothing in terms of sales volumes.

I had a little chat with its CEO just after they gave Padron up and he told me they wanted to focus on fewer brands and by that at the time I'm pretty sure he meant "Fuente". I don't know much about what's happening, but it looks like it may very well all be a part of that ongoing Fuente/Meerapfel feud.🤔

Every time there’s a distributor shake up, you’d expect better prices or stock, but I guess that's not the case here. If this is all tied to the Fuente/Meerapfel feud, we’re probably in for more drama before anything improves.😅

Really curious to see Carlito’s next video after all this. Have you noticed any changes in shops, or still the same story?

So far, not a Padron in sight but Fuente cigars are pretty easy to find here. It's very fresh news so I guess we'll see in the next months...
