I can't reply or post in US Underground forum

I want to reply and post on the US Underground forum, but I don’t have the buttons / features. That is the only section I cant post or reply. I have met the 1 post rule and guidelines. I also have the password to enter into the forum.

Any advice?

This happened to me once when I was using a non-standard browser and once when using Safari. For the non-standard browser, I didn’t have a fix. I cleared cookies on Safari and logged in again, and that fixed that version of the issue for me, but YMMV.
