John (associate) welcomed us with open arms. Great selection but expect Dubai pricing.

Side note: Stopped at the Tim Horton's for gas and came across these minis. Is it normal to find them from 2018?

There is a LCDH in Abu Dhabi mall and a Le Tabac at Dusit Thani. Both have same owner bu Le Tabac has Non-Cubans. Both don’t have a smoking lounge but its easy to find a place to enjoy your cigar.

There are actually two LCDHs in Dubai. As of last week they had no ERs at all, unfortunately. Only LCDH releases, but I thought prices were competitive all things considered. Especially been seeing the LCDH ERDM Royals around these days, as they don't seem to be moving off the shelves.

I like Cigar House at Al Raha Resort. Not too big but a rather curated collection, which is nice.

The rumor on the street is that there is a GCC regional in the making. Maybe more details at the Punch event in Cyprus, given Phonecia is the distributor.

I agree with Al Raha as the best place in Abu to find nice CC's. Go to Sevilla for an incredible lunch buffet while you are there. The scenery isn't too bad either with the thong bikini-clad chicks at the pool. 

In my opinion, Kuwait City LCDH was by far the best selection and pricing in the middle east. Dubai (north end) was terrible customer service and poor selection. JBR was better on both fronts. Both paled in comparison to Kuwait City. I am still a newbie though so take what I say with a grain of salt.

I am with Mohammad al Mansour at his Kuwait LCDH for a few days from this Friday. I will provide an update.
