Hurricane Melissa threatens catastrophic flooding in Cuba

Biggest concern seems to be rainfall on the eastern part of Cuba, though the winds will also be Cat 3. Some areas could see 20 inches of rainfall by the end of the week. Thoughts and prayers to all there, especially those friends and family of forum members.
