I wasn't sure what to expect, but this is a gem in the 14th arrondissement. The food and service were quite good. Before we sat down, I asked the staff about their stock of Habanos, and they sent me 100 yards down the road to Art Tabac. I was happy to see plenty of Cuban stock, which is more than I can say for La Civette. There aren't many restaurants left on earth to enjoy a steak and cigars, so this was a treat...

My favorite lounge in Paris by far! Art Tabac is fairly well stocked compared to A la Civette or Le Lotus because they're the only ones who refuse to sell whole boxes, they won't let you purchase more than a few cigars from each box.
