Any good places to buy and smoke in Kuwait?

A family member is deploying there in December and is just getting into cigars, particularly Cubans. Does anyone know where there are good cigar lounges in Kuwait and/or trustworthy places to buy cigars over there? I'm sending him over with plenty of sticks in his Pelican case, but he was thinking of trying to buy and bring back (probably sans bands) some tasty stuff.

That's something that your family member would have to work out. Keep in mind, this lounge did appear in Cigar Journal. You would think that it would be reputable.

He's a newbie to cigars, so I'm trying to look out for him and make sure he doesn't end up coming back with boxes of questionable provenance. He's a great guy but last year he gifted me with some "Cohibas" that he was so happy to share that I didn't tell him they were completely fugazi. 😆
