Maybe it's psychosomatic but this opens with ancho chile laced roast pork.

This quickly mellows out to be smooth as silk with a touch of nutmeg and cream. An intense savoriness of msg and duck fat hangs along for the ride. Never gets bitter and slowly approaches the nub without a fight. Super clean, flavorful, again maybe a little boring. 92?

Certainly worthwhile trying out, maybe not worth the secondary market but yolo.
