Popular Post loose_axle Posted Sunday at 04:56 AM Popular Post Posted Sunday at 04:56 AM I bought a box of these that was on sale just after Christmas one year after I'd had enough rum that I was at the pleasant stage of not worrying what the financial future held but probably should've. I then left them thinking I would age them. Then I traded some. Then I thought I better try one and I'm glad I did. Probably in the top 10 cigars I've smoked in my life. It was just rich chocolate caramel creme egg the whole way through. In the beginning it was a heavy rich mocha note. After the first inch it was Cadbury milk chocolate, Caramello koala, and switching at the last to mocha and vanilla bean. If I had one word to describe this cigar it'd be decadent. It blew a lot of CC's I've had out of the water. A few LFDs have done so too lately. Which is why I like to still dip a toe into the NC world every now and again although that quote from 007 You Only Live Twice “The best of the Jamaicans are quite up to the Havanas these days,” Porterfield says. “They’ve got the outer leaf just right at last.” isn't quite true, it does happen now and again. 12
Montezüma Posted Sunday at 07:29 AM Posted Sunday at 07:29 AM Nice review! Decadent sounds appealing. 1

For once a whisky went better than rum or brandy (we tried it with both). The bottle was a gift as its out of my price range, but I'm beginning to think I'd rather just buy one of those a year than multiple bottles of other things, it's that good. 2
Wookie Posted Sunday at 12:50 PM Posted Sunday at 12:50 PM I smoked a Year of the Dog last weekend...also spectacular. They do a nice job with their Zodiac series. 2

B44 Posted Tuesday at 04:12 AM Posted Tuesday at 04:12 AM My man! Fortunate to have been on the other end of that generous trade. Is the LFD you mentioned the Andalusian Bull? 1

No I've been having the LFD Air Bender with 3-4 years on them and they are on fire! Have you fired up an Ox yourself yet?
B44 Posted Tuesday at 02:03 PM Posted Tuesday at 02:03 PM The rumors are true. Let me know if you have trouble sourcing them and I can always keep an eye out on my end. With your seal of approval, going to enjoy one and share one with a BOTL this weekend. Really looking forward to it! Hope you’ve been well. 1
