Edwins to hold Whiskey and cigar pairing

The Angel’s Envy tasting and cigar pairing is 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, May 12.

Four variations from Kentucky-based Angel’s Envy, including rare cask finishes, will be poured and paired with cigars from Division Cigars.

The tasting includes a smoked welcome cocktail, three Angel’s Envy pours and two curated cigars. Gourmet small bites will be served to go along with the smoke and spirits. The menu includes duck-confit crostini, mini beef Wellington, smoked salmon tartlets and bittersweet chocolate truffles.

Edwins recently moved into the former Nighttown at 12383 Cedar Road, Cleveland Heights. The temperature-controlled cigar bar is in a segregated room in the back with leather seats, tables, couches and barrel.
