Great cigar, one of the best ELs in my book (or at least in my possession). Must have had my last one about five years ago. Didn't appear to have lost anything. It was so rich and splendid, I was literally tempted to "chew" and "eat" the smoke. :D Good to hear they are still performing top-notch. Time to revisit for sure! Not too often that you hear about this cigar. Thanks for the update.

Thick smoke for sure with one of the most effortless draws. I don't nub cigars very often but this one got nubbed.

I had a few back then and didn't think much to be honest. Tough, papery wrappers needing endless relights. I've always felt that ELs lose their flavour after 5 years or so. I remember in particular loving the Monte Sublimes upon release until suddenly one day they tasted of nothing at all.

I am down to my bottom layer. Outstanding cigar that never got much talk. Thanks for reminding me on this one.
