Minor Shipping Delay – Routine Audit

Just a quick heads-up! 😊

As part of our regular export process, our Oz Customs and Trade Compliance Branch will be conducting their routine spot audit next Tuesday. This is something we go through every six months or so, and we've maintained a strong relationship with them for over 15 years. The audit itself is typically quick—just a few hours—after which we’ll be cleared to resume shipping. We have always passed with flying colours.

In the meantime, we’ll need to pause shipments briefly, meaning last week’s orders will go out with a slight delay. We appreciate your patience and understanding—compliance checks like these are just a normal part of international shipping.
