Sia Posted October 14, 2024 Posted October 14, 2024 Simply a joy to smoke. My main critique? Wish it lasted longer! 3
nKostyan Posted October 14, 2024 Posted October 14, 2024 Congratulations, you have become the winner of the competition "The shortest review on FOH” 3

nKostyan Posted October 15, 2024 Posted October 15, 2024 A good alternative to a text review is a photo review, a cigar still life. 1
Montezüma Posted January 24 Posted January 24 Tried this for the first time and found it intriguing if not bizarre, certainly never had a Habanos quite like this one. In a recent FOH marque taste poll, QDO comes second as a profile struggled with by most. Its aromatic akin to Cohiba but has a short finish and somewhat lingering bitter aftertaste. I like Punch as a lighter Habanos and rotate HDM from time to time as casual smoke. But this is a distinctive cigar comparable to neither. Unfortunately one that I didn’t finish to its very end. 1

Agreed. Heard much about these and out of the 2 from the 10 box I purchased, can’t place ‘em. Will revisit them again at the one-year mark but after that, will consider trading the remaining ones. 1

I thought it was just too light of a profile to be interesting. Then the third one delivered an excellent grain and shortbread cookie experience and I've been hooked on that profile. Not every stick can deliver. I've found that the most promising sticks are densely packed. You want it packed tightly, right up until the point where it is plugged -- a tough balancing act! 1

What color wrapper are yours? I wonder if the lighter vs. darker 50s makes a difference in taste profile as I’ve read. I guess I’ll hold out hope for them, but they won’t be my priority. The ones I've had were towards the lighter end of the wrapper shade spectrum. I don't think I've tried one with a darker wrapper to be able to compare. It is an interesting idea, though! 1
