‘19 Petit Monte No2 (FFSOct24)

Clocked off early and grabbed an hour with a pal. Mini M2 from a 2019 JJF sampler was in the office locker - that'll do. I’d no cutter (par for the course) so had to chop away with my nail. Draw was fine - phew. 

These little guys don’t seem to get much love and I’m a bit nervous when it’s all I have, but this particular one was a cracker. Can’t beat that Friday feeling.

Cream, sugar sweetness, sourdough bread, pain au chocolate, milk chocolate - really smooth on the retro.

More of the cream, sweetness, chocolate and less of the bread note. Resembles a good M2 more than these typically do for me (granted I’ve not had that many).

Same as second third but did build a little in strength.
