Antique 1834 French 800 silver five franc coin cigar cutter made by Eloi Pernet. Circa the first half of the 20th century before the 1960s. The sliding cigar cutter is decorated with a 5 franc coin, 1834. The hidden steel blade guillotine cutting mechanism is revealed by pulling the top handle.
