Popular Post sbsbsb1 Posted July 29, 2024 Popular Post Posted July 29, 2024 I have no idea if I did this correctly or not with regard to photos, but here goes: This box of RG Coronas de Lonsdales has just been stellar. Perfect burn, draw, and flavor/strength. Haven't had a dud yet. 1st third - mild/med with notes of toasted tobacco, cedar, and a bit of what I perceive as a chocolate/cocoa note. 2nd third - solid medium with a more pronounced chocolate note, toast, clove/spice? Smoke output is copious. A real hitter. Final third - the chocolate notes continue, maybe influenced by the BBA stout I've paired it with? Or the cookie with mini M&M's? Remains medium and never gets hot or harsh. Smoke output is beautiful again. Overall a great cigar that smoked beautifully and required very little maintenance in terms of touch ups, etc. I want more! 11
RDB Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 Thanks. Don’t see too many reviews of these. That’s a lovely ashtray too.
sbsbsb1 Posted July 29, 2024 Author Posted July 29, 2024 Thanks! Ashtray is made by a local woodworking/specialty shop just down the road from me.
dicko Posted July 31, 2024 Posted July 31, 2024 Tried one recently and was very impressed. Pretty basic but very tasty. I like RG in general...nice choc, earth woody vibes. Sent from my SM-G986B using Tapatalk
