To me the best cigar/tobacco fragrance was Creed's vintage Tabarome (not the Millesime), which was regrettably discontinued more than a decade ago. Wish I had a flacon sitting around since it was an absolutely legendary scent, though given the ridiculous prices they go for I'd probably hock it.

Kirby's favorite cosmetic Italian house has this fragrance I actually own.  Acqua di Cuba, which smells like a cigar humidor.
