Cigars in Colombia

A good mate of mine is heading back to his homeland for a couple of months to see his family. He recently got into cigars and asked me if I knew anywhere in Colombia he could purchase cigars, either Cuban or non-Cuban, and if there were any cigar lounges he could visit them whilst there. 

I said I wouldn't have a clue apart from what google could spit back at me but I thought I'd ask here in case anyone has visited in recent times and would have any info? Much thanks in advance.

I had a friend bring me back a box of cigars Bogota in the early 90's. Customs cut one cigar open.
