"This is an exceptional all original hand carved humidor that depicts a cat with its front paws and face coming out of an old shoe. The cat has glass eyes, and all the rest is carved from wood its self. This piece measures 9″ long and is 5 1/4″ high and is 4″ wide. The detail on this piece is remarkable even down to the sole of the shoe. The patina on this folk art piece is appropriate and one can tell that around the top edge of the shoe and the tips of the cats ears there is some wear, but this fact only adds to the charm of a cat playing in an old shoe. If you collect humidors, or quality carved antique items then you will not want to miss adding this cat in the shoe piece to your own personal collection."
