Popular Post ndd Posted March 4, 2024 Popular Post Posted March 4, 2024 Circumstances: WFH on a Friday. Snuck outside to try this cigar while the wife is upstairs. I am currently in possession of a total of 3 Cuban cigars [each a different brand]. I have only ever smoked 1 Cuban before in my life. I recently started the hobby to the dismay of my wife 2 months ago. I will be sacrificing all 3 of the Cubans I have in stock for this month’s contest. Weather Conditions: 43 Degrees and Sunny. Protected from wind. Beverage: French pressed WaWa coffee. Room Temperature. Total Smoke Time: 35 Minutes Review: · Taste: This thing sang Graham Cracker in chorus the whole way through. o Flavor variation: § 1st half of the cigar the flavor was consistently snappy and crisp. I could clearly taste the tobacco leaf as it smelled pre-light. § 2nd half the resin buildup resulted in a cinnamon graham cracker flavor. · Burn: Smoke was wonderfully consistent the whole way through. Never got too hot. No finger rolling required. Insights: We can all tell by the pictures this is a smaller cigar. Does anyone else feel like never getting to enjoy the last 5th of a cigar is a shame? Maybe not getting to the last 5th of a full size cigar makes sense if you just got a full 75 minutes out of it.. I say this because I am considering getting a mouthpiece to squeeze out an extra 5 minutes from a 30 minute smoke. 6
JohnS Posted March 5, 2024 Posted March 5, 2024 Depending where you are in the world, 43 degrees and sunny can mean two totally different things! 😉 Best of luck in this competition (and with your wife)! 👍 1

So quite cold. I suppose it might get 43 celsius in your part of the world. Only gets that hot in the desert over here in the states.
