I gotta tell you, as a former runner I'm sure there have been moments where I've braved the elements to get my endorphin kicks but that guy in the video running along the Malecon in THAT has ruined any chance of convincing myself to start back up again....

12°C would still see us Irish out with the beach shorts and bucket of cold beers. Same temp as a nice summer's day here. Wind speeds look about the same too.
