Vegafina 1998 VF54 JUN 22 (YBC2023)

For me the best cigar I've had this year, especially for the price point, was the Vegafina 1998 VF54. Picked this up in June 2022 and waited almost a year and a half to smoke. 

What I got out of it:

1/2 Almond praline/ the filling of an almond croissant, vanilla, liquorice and a hint of turkish delight. 

2/2 Very sweet. Brulee, custard, vanilla, bread and butter pudding and icing sugar. 

I loved it. My favourite cigars this year were this, the LFD Andalusian Bull, the BBF and the RA gigantes but this wins on the overwhelmingly rich flavours coupled with the extremely low price point ($9.70USD) in comparison to the the other sticks.

Keep on hearing good things about this stick. Have a 5er resting. Hopefully get around to sampling one this spring.
