Haha. CGTN = China Global Television Network. AKA the "Russia Today" of China. Pure propaganda, I couldn't make it through the first minute. Despite the spin in the video, the drought has been long and deep in Cuba. Add in their collapsing infrastructure and it has negatively affected all aspects of Cuban life.
