LGC Belux Luxembourg Tax Band

Hello Friends, 

I recently purchased a box of LGC belux MDO Especial. The box has individual tax bands on each cigar. I know the individual tax bands are put on in Belgium, however this box was purchased in Luxembourg. The box has Luxembourg health stickers as well as the price on the tax bands is 14.20 euro which is the Luxembourg price. The tax band price in Belgium is 14.50euro. Do they put on individual tax bands in Luxembourg as well?

I checked recent auctions on Bond Roberts and have not seen a box like this. Please let me know your thoughts.

Just an update here. I reached out to LCDH Luxembourg on instagram. They confirmed that Luxembourg puts on individual tax bands as well.

Yes totally correct, the answer from Luxemburg. 
price in Belgium and Luxemburg is different.
