La Romana recs

Hi all,

A friend is heading to La Romana in March, does anyone have any recommendations on where to go for cigars or good places to smoke?

Also more generally what are some good cigars to try when down there? I believe he prefers milder smokes and my knowledge on Dominican cigars is very limited.
