Last night I felt like a nice big smoke, must be the holidays, or that it’s raining in N California so my well is filling up. Haven’t been smoking many large cigars since HSA financially discontinued about 90% of its portfolio for me. Perfect chestnut brown wrapper, nicely filled at 16.2g. Draw has just the right amount of resistance with flavors of earth, coffee and rich tobacco.

Starts with coffee, cream and caramel. I’m thinking why the hell don’t they make these anymore, upon sober reflection I realize I wouldn’t buy these at today’s prices. It’s medium body, some licorice and chocolate pastry join the party. I want something to sip with this tasty devil. Was a little mad at myself for opening a teenager, but it turned out to be a good mistake! The middle is sweet earthy spice, coffee and marshmallow cream. Body is up to medium full, burning perfectly and brick slow. It’s like smoking tiramisu. Last third, body hits the ceiling. Now I’m glad I’m drinking something so sweet, it’s helps the Nickick from kicking my ass. Sweet dark earth, bittersweet chocolate and caramel to the end, like smoking a s’mores, with the campfire. Fantastic cigar, I’m blown away it’s still so powerful. Glad I didn’t break into this box when they were young, I might still be in the hospital.
