Popular Post duabley Posted December 24, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 24, 2022 Hey friends of hababos, merry christmas and happy holidays!! Im sitting out on the patio watching my seattle seahawks get clobbered by the cheifs not feeling very festive so i grabbed a good scotch and a great smoke threw in the rib roast and opened this app for some cheer when i noticed the review comp. So here it goes... I very much enjoyed these when we 1st got them then about half way through the bundle i thought they went a little flat. Im happy to report they have come back and are in prime smoking enjoyment!! 1st 3rd From the 1st puff there was a distinct richness i dont remember from early on. The 3rd only ramps this up into rich and savory flavors ontop a smooth sweet tobacco with the ash holding on in 1 inch tight chunks. Fantastic start and very much changing my mood into a nice, happy place (freakin seahawks wth?) 2nd 3rd Is that a touch of clove in the background? Dang, the complexity is gaining all my attention, which is nice considering mahomes just thrust his dagger into the end of my season! Rich, decadent , & complex is where we are here and its pairing with my 19yr sherried single malt excellently. Also that clove note has only rammped up making this cigar hard to put down so i dont over heat it -side note: the draw and construction is perfect! Final 3rd The flavors continue with all the savory spice but are getting a tad darker, towards a bitter/woodiness that is well suited to my scotch (dammit i need more). Construction remains flawless with a tight burn line and dense white ash. These still have legs to age ... but why would you? They are smoking a treat and as close to perfect as it gets! Smoke away also these have been stored at 63(ish) rh in my desktop for at least a year now. Score: easily box worthy 96/97 !!!! No offense pres, but while i remembered these were good (compaired favorably to a oliva v lance), i was not expecting or prepared to smoke a high 90's smoke WOW Took my attention from the get go and never let off Kudos and love to all who labored to bring these to my christmas eve day celebration! This smoke had everything we could ask and more my only complaint is why didnt i buy more? ...(oh yea, i was broke and covid ate up my raises). Cheers all, and peace and joy to you and your families ...Rob, i need to get more nudies dont let me miss out on the new batches by being cheap ass!!!!! 15
El Presidente Posted December 25, 2022 Posted December 25, 2022 I am humbled to see reviews such as these. Thank you I will roll out the remainder of the N1 Blend on January 3 and then that wil be it. In 2023 the blend changes.
PigFish Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 Smoked two, the Lanceros and the Marevas today, back to back. People not buying these are missing out on some of the best cigars around. The Marevas, now that they have had a chance to dry a bit are real potent and flavorful cigars. If there are people out there that like the peanut brittle taste, mine was a mix of it and Sambuca, you really need to get some… More if I decide to post a review. -piggy 1
