So what happens to the boxes that fall below 24:24 quality requirements?

Apologies if I missed the answer somewhere but I've been wondering this for as long as I've been following 24:24.
 

With all of the best boxes being hand selected and offered to us nightly, what happens to the not insignificant number of boxes that don't make the cut? Is there a FOH dent can sale somewhere or  do they get sold offline?

I thought as per a video many, many years ago they went back to the distributor if they didn’t make the cut. Not sure if that has changed in the supply shortages.

With the current supply issues worldwide, I would imagine all boxes get sold now. There is no stockpile to cherry pick anymore.

Today there is a market for all boxes. 

Assuming not graded. If a box is substandard it is picked up at inspection, the client contacted, options given, arrangements made. 

We have a thriving seconds market for locals where stock is sold cost +10%.
