Cohiba Siglo II TUA OCT 21 (CoRW)

I have been trying to let this box age,from our hosts on 24:24. They are smoking lights out. At current pricing this will likely be my last box of these. Great looking wrappers. The draw of this cigar was perfect. Just a tad bit of resistance on a straight cut,just taking off the first sliver of the triple cap. Dry aroma of hay and tobacco.

1st third starts out mild grass and hay,a touch of twangy citrus and cream. Delicious!

 

Impeccable ash and construction. Razor sharp burn. Milk coffee and cream, hay,citrus,  a bit of white pepper on the retro. I'm loving this. Still mild to under medium.

2nd third. Picking up in strength now to medium,more leather,still smooth and creamy and the grassy hay and citrus continues. Leather on the retro. Very smooth! No edges for such a young Siglo.

Final third. Razor sharp burn and plenty of ash. The cigar got hot in the last inch so I chucked it but it was damn near nubbed! Medium strength and body now. Leather,pepper on the retro,the hay/grass and citrus stayed through the final third. I would score this a solid 92 pointer.
