HdM Le Hoyo de Rio Seco SOR SEP 21 (HdMRW)

After an HdM DC that was whirlwind tour through the flavor wheel, this is a relatively easy review.   The tl;dr: It's cream and ginger spice.  The 24:24 description nails it. 

All my notes for the Rio Seco basically say the same thing: "ginger + Hoyo DNA."  In this case, there was some cream, but it was less prominent compared to the HdM DC & Epi 2 I had over the weekend.  The ginger spice was unquestionably the dominant note.   There were other notes as well (e.g., bread, cedar and sweet spice), but the ginger and cream were the stars of the show.  

I've had some tight draws on these, but this one was great.  The burn managed itself as usual.

I've had some where the flavor is a bit weak (medium/medium light), but this was rich.

Overall, a solid 92/93 point smoke over 1.75 hrs.
