Akela3rd Posted June 7, 2022 Posted June 7, 2022 Not the usual bigger = better, but a catch I'm very pleased with. This is a brown trout from Easedale Tarn in the English Lake District. For years it was only rumored that they existed and for years I've fished this high tarn when hiking on the off-chance. Today I saw rises, rigged my 4 weight travel rod with a black ant dry and within two of three casts - bingo. This is as big as they get as there's little food in there but they more than make up for it in sheer beauty. Now smoking a RyJ Cazadores in celebration... 3
