sho671 Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 This is the last perfecto of the weekend that I smoked earlier as the sun went down. Unfortunately it was the worst of the four. I was able to light the nipple, but the thing wouldn't stay lit. I had multiple relights as the foot of the cigar opened up and then a few more afterwards. I did get a blast of bitter cocoa on the initial light but was too busy relighting the cigar to pick up on anything else. I ended up tossing it after the last picture below which was maybe about half way through the cigar. A little disappointed but I guess not all cigars are going smoke well. 0-1/5 3
patrickamory Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 I think you might have had bad luck! I've smoked quite a few of these with no construction or lighting problems. Sorry... great little smoke in my experience!
Cigar Surgeon Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Had a really positive experience with the Goliath, have not smoked the David.

Unfortunately I only picked up one but I do have a Havana Seed CT No. 142 David too. Hoping that that smokes better. 1 hour ago, Cigar Surgeon said: Had a really positive experience with the Goliath, have not smoked the David. I have yet to try the Goliath. 1
